Dave Randolph - Owner of IronBody Fitness and Louisville Integrative Health. His passion has always been helping people get fit and healthy. He started training in martial arts in 1989 and became an assistant instructor as a brown belt in 1991. In 1993 he recieved his first degree black belt and was head instructor for many years.
In 2002 he started training with kettlebells and became a certified instructor. He's been coaching people in the safe and effective use of kettlebells ever since.
Over the years he has taken many courses on fitness, massage, nutrition, physical therapy and functional medicine. He has also taught many seminars to other fitness professionals.
Dave is the author four books, all available on Amazon and has several digital products he developed specifically for other trainers
He has worked with people from all walks of life, from lawyers, bankers, doctors, and nurses, to people with Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome.

Cheryl has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2003 after graduating from the Miller-Mott School of Massage in Tennessee. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Medical Massage
Wendy Enneking, APRN, DNP, ANP-C, WHNP-BC founded Intention Health and Wellness, PLLC in 2018. Her vision is to provide high-quality, integrative health care in a concierge setting. Clients can expect a highly personalized assessment, laboratory testing, recommendations, and treatment protocols not normally found in conventional health care settings.
Wendy is a nurse practitioner with board certifications in adult and women's health. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree at the University of Kentucky. Her master's and doctorate degrees were both earned at Vanderbilt University.
Wendy started her nursing career at the University of Kentucky Medical Center as a critical care nurse. She has been working as a nurse practitioner in integrative medicine since 2013. She loves being able to counsel clients on disease-prevention strategies rather than always using allopathic approaches to treat symptoms and disease processes. She is passionate about working with her clients to find root causes of illness.
Wendy transitioned to the healthcare field after a 10-year career in television news broadcasting. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys being a baseball and gymnastics mom, riding horses, and working on her small farm.
